Poke Place – A Hawaiian Breeze in the Heart of Holborn

Completed just before the onset of the pandemic, this quick-service restaurant interior in Holborn was unfortunately paused due to Covid-19. Designed as a comprehensive brand and interior design package, Poke Place offered a vibrant, minimalist interpretation of Hawaiian street food culture.
With its light palette, clean lines and joyful aesthetic, this London-based QSR concept aimed to brighten the city’s greyness and deliver a fresh, island-inspired dining experience — a unique approach to quick-service restaurant branding and design.
